There is no other name under he...I agree, Jonathan. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved other than that of Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God. He is able to save us precisely because he is "homoousios to Patri" and "homoousios" with us, both fully God and fully human, the reconciliation of heaven and earth walking on two sandaled feet. Hooray!!<BR/><BR/>BTW, in saying that Jesus is the only way of salvation, you have touched on what some describe derisively as the scandal of exclusivity in Christianity (How dare you say Jesus is the only way!) Yet when we realize that Jesus embraces the cosmos and no one stands outside his redemptive and reconciling agency,then we have both exclusivity and inclusivity. Don't you love it!
